Andre Tiraqueau (Latin: Andreas Tiraquellus) (1488–1558) was a French jurist and politician.
He is known also as a patron of Francois Rabelais, and the character Trinquamelle in Gargantua and Pantagruel is traditionally identified with Tiraqueau.
