Selva di Bellissimi Dubbi (fully titled: Selva di bellissimi dubbi con dotte solutioni a ciascun dubbio accommodate) is a famous literary work of the Italian Renaissance written by the polygraph and humanist Ortensio Lando (ca. 1512 – ca. 1560)
A notable early edition was published in 1597 in Piacenza by Giovanni Bazachi.
The text is divided into two parts:
Natural Doubts (I Naturali):
Focusing on physical, scientific, or environmental paradoxes and questions.
Moral Doubts (I Morali):
Focusing on ethics, human behavior, and philosophical questions.
