An attractive Bible ruled in red ink throughout, numerous early marginal notes.

Large woodcut (arms) to title verso, woodcut vignettes at beginning of OT and NT, and other woodcut ornamentation throughout.

Marbled endpapers with 20th c. former owner's bookplate to pastedown.


Binding intact, front hinge broken (front cover is detached)
Some soiling, occasional minor stains, OT title with small chip to margin
