Manuscript tile to the spine

An unusual combination of Herbert 791 and 713, here with the NT title dated 1673 and with the imprint of Robert Barker, by the Assignes of John Bill.

The register is continuous.

The pagination for Herbert 713 is identical to that of 791 (A-2M12, 2N6), leaving us to surmise that this 1684 edition is likely the 1673 Barker edition but with a new general title dated 1684 under a different imprint.

If so, other copies had the 1673 NT title cancelled, as we've found no other copies like the present.
