Good condition, some wear to the vellum , minor toning, wormholes to the upper margin of first few leaves

Fabio Ambrogio Spinola was born in Genoa in 1593. He was a Jesuit.
He was a professor at the Roman College between 1623 and 1634, teaching Physics, Logic, Metaphysics, and Sacred Scripture. He held the important positions of rector of the German College and administrator of the Professed House in Genoa. He was the author of numerous ascetic works and the biographies of Carlo Spinola, a Jesuit martyred in Japan, and of Blessed Maria Vittoria De Fornari Strata, founder of the Order of the Most Holy Annunciation.
He died in Genoa in 1671.
