This large and remarkably detailed map covers the region from the Gulf of Finland east to the Pechora River.
Details include mountains, rivers, and forests, and scores of place names. The roads are engraved throughout, along with a number of notes on the inhabitants one would find along the way. The decorative cartouche is dedicated to Abel Ketelbey, an English barrister and politician.
