 19th century manuscript book contains several treatises on astronomy (from 17th - 19th centuries)

One of the parts is dated  - 1837

Contains treatise by Mahmud ibn Muhammad ibn Umar al-Jaghmini (or 'al-Chaghmini, or al-Jaghmini) who was a 13th or 14th-century Arab physician, astronomer and author of the Qanunshah (The Canon of Medicine) a short epitome of by Avicenna in Persian, and Mulakhas (Summary), a work on astronomy.
