The illustrations, at the beginning and at intervals throughout the book, depict mythological figures and scenes from the legends, including the underworld, heaven, and the lotus gift, etc.
Signs of wear and age, some moisture damage and occasional repairs, some illustrations slightly rubbed, but overall still in good condition
