Leviticus 4:23-6:3 is about sin offerings and burnt offerings in the Bible: 
Leviticus 4:23
If a person becomes aware of their sin, they must bring a male goat without blemish as an offering. 
Leviticus 4:5:13
If a person cannot afford a lamb, they can bring two doves or young pigeons as a sin offering and a burnt offering. The priest will wring the head of the sin offering from its neck, splash some blood on the altar, and drain the rest at the base. 
Leviticus 4-6
The burnt offering must be kept burning on the altar, and the priest must add firewood each morning. After the burnt offering, the priest must remove his clothes and carry the ashes outside the camp to a clean place.
